On the one hand, there are several reason to support the experience and observation, as that are most crucial part of life. For instance, In recent time several technology firm hiring the experienced employee as well as have better mind for analysis. Furthermore, the analytical mind always follow the precise outcome. In addition, the observation skills are very crucial to complete the task in perfect ways without any mistakes. There are numerous factors that can distracting the human mind during the job, the observation skills help them to stay focused for longer time.

On the other hand, people who support the academic education, they have numerous arguments for that, like in every aspects of life the academic are required. For every opportunity, the academic schooling are crucial. Moreover, the academics education give us capabilities to tackle with every difficult situation, that are unexpected in life. For example, one of my friend applied a job in aboard, as they are fresher and hnt having experience instead of that they got appointment letter from the big tech company on the basis of their academics.
