In our this complex word, in these days, a group of people prefer to be self-employed although they can work under a company or industry. In this essay it will be described that what possible causes can be reason for this intention, with some possible drawbacks that can be occur when they take former decision.

Firstly, in terms of being self-employed, they can choose this for getting flexible hours for their daily life. Additionally, those who prefer to be self-employed often seek to work during their most comfortable hours, while if they do a job that is under someone or any industry, therefore, often it seems to be not match with their comfort hours; sometimes they experience excessive pressure in their work environment. For instance, a recent survey in Bangladesh illustrate that, in these few years, there have been seen a rapid increase in the number of being freelancers, compared to other countries, and one survey also confirm that the reason why they choose freelancing instead of getting a job from a reputable company? The answer was quite shocking, and most of them state that they do freelancing because of flexibility.

While, in former proponents have quite logical argument with their perspective, but they might need to be face numerous problems when they are self-employed. One of the drawback from there is, not having a secure income source. In evaluating this, whether they can be self-employed, but there is no security in their income; they may not earn a consistent amount of money every day, even, sometimes its be a big cause of trouble for them. For example, listening very cheap words from their beloved person when they are not able to satisfied them with money.

In conclusion, while there are significant benefits to being self-employed, individuals should also be aware of the crucial drawbacks.
