You recently visited a local restaurant and were disappointed with the service or food quality. Write a letter to the restaurant manager expressing your concerns and requesting appropriate action.

Sub : Food quality and service at your restaurant is not satisfactory

Dear manager, My name is Vishesh and I have recently visited at your restaurant and my experience is not overall good because the food qualities not up to the mark even the hygiene is not properly maintained apart from that the taste is not that good . Even the food is highly fried and even when I visited the restaurant no one attended me and offered me a seat . But then when I am going back then some staff number attended me . Not just that the service is very delayed they took so much time in serving the food . And even after that they specifically told me to give a tip and when I denied they said you should give a tip we did a good job . My experience is bad at your restaurant I would like to request you to take action on all these issues I have faced .
