You recently went on a trip and stayed at a hotel. However, you were not satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff. Write a letter to the hotel manager explaining the problems you faced and request appropriate action.

dear manager i was a guest at your lovely hotel last week. I wanted to thank you for your great design and also make a few suggestion. My first night of stay I have asked for an extra matrice from the staff and they were extremely rude to me. They have told me that they can't provide that and i should have brought a matrice with myself which doesn't make any sence for me to carry a huge matrice everywhere I go. Also there was another problem that I have faced during my time at your hotel. The water was so cold and it didn't run smoothly when I wanted to take a shower. I politly ask you to consider fixing these problems. Despite all of these, the food was really good and the waiters at hotels resturant were really nice, unlike the room service staff.
