You recently purchased a faulty product from a store. Write a letter to the store manager explaining the issue and requesting a refund or replacement.

Dear sir or madam,

I'm writing this letter to convey my disappointment regarding a purchase I made at your store.

On September 10,2024 I purchased an item online from Amazon.which was a gift card from my friend as my birthday gift so I decided to buy a wireless headphones. Moreover, when I was trying to order that thing it showed me it's comes with warranty and replacement after products delivered.

Furthermore, when I recvied my parcel I was so excited to use it but when I tried to connect with my iPhone they wasn't function properly. I was trying to restart and reconnect but nothing worked for me. So I decided to return them back.

However, when I was checking up my return option that was nothing instead they asked me to pay additional money if I want to return it. I would appreciate if you could arrangement a replacement or return my full money back.
