You have noticed an increase in traffic congestion in your local area due to roadworks. Write a letter to the local council suggesting ways to improve the situation.

Dear sir,
I'm writing this letter to draw you immediate attention to the escalating traffic problem in our local area due to on going road work. The college road construction work start last week, which supposed to finished by this week but it's still not done yet. However, there was no sign off board to explain like when the exact time this is going to be end. Due to this traffic jam not only the cars lines increasing but also people getting late from their work. I would highly recommend you to talk the traffic police and ask them the exact time of the construction work done. So people should know they have to find another way to go to their work places. Additionally, I would suggest them to put a sign board with end dates of the construction so people should prepared themselves for the high pay congestion.
